Connors, Rumpf & Gove Pro-Taxpayer Bill Targeting Bounced Checks Passes Senate
The State Senate has passed legislation introduced by Senator Christopher J. Connors, Assemblyman Brian E. Rumpf and Assemblywoman DiAnne C.
